Fascial Remodeling™

This signature class uses our proprietary method, which some call our “secret sauce.” We start by teaching you how to apply mechanical force to help break up adhesions and rehydrate superficial fascia. This is followed by sequences which help activate newly hydrated tissue and create/reinforce neuropathways to support integrated movement.

We think Jill Miller’s method, with it’s use of various sized, grippy textured balls, provides one of the best ways to demonstrate the power of mechanostimulation on the body. In this class, we’ll teach you step-by-step ways to get out of pain, awaken dormant areas in the body and realize movement that would otherwise be impossible!

Another signature class, Restorative Posture, was created by ALIGN’s Lorraine Fischer. This class was designed as the solution to the negative postural impact placed on the body by biopsychosocial factors often out of our control. We all need this now more than ever.

Restore & Reset

This class gives you the opportunity to reset the physical body as well as the autonomic nervous system. Our goal is to help you improve range of motion, facilitate lymphatic drainage and promote cellular regeneration. This class requires therapy balls or a foam roller.
